You now know, having read the first post in this series, that I’m obsessed with particular bits of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic (screencaps, fan art, T-shirts, random clips). My reasons used to range from the typical, “It’s one of the last few good shows around,” to the more unique, “It’s sooo anime,” and even to the casual, “Badass ponies!” I had assumed these explanations to be good enough, until I suddenly concluded that none of these reasons could be terribly convincing.
